Deception Bay Remnants_85101Full.jpg
Deception Bay, Half Moon Island was once a massive whaling station, located on the Antarctic Peninsula. These days this location is a regular stopping of point for the Antarctic Cruise Ships.
Whats extra special about this location is thats its an active volcano, that last erupted in 1967 and again in 1969... Digging down less than 30cm and letting it fill with cold water proves its still hot just under the surface.
